The time it takes to complete a job varies, depending on the work required. However, we guarantee both the start and finish dates and project manage all aspects of the job to ensure it stays on schedule.
We handcraft all of our products in our workshop in Kirkcaldy, Fife, Scotland.
We don't feel our job is done if we leave your home looking like a work site. We clean up at the end of every day and when the job is completed we aim to leave your home just as we found it.
We provide a 10 year guarantee on all of our products.
Yes, we will always try to match any extension to the existing brickwork.
We recycle, on your behalf, all old windows and doors. We also dispose of any other materials left at the end of the job.
Yes, the majority of doors can have a catflap fitted.
It depends on the situation which would be determined by our site visit. We will guide through the process.
